Synopsis:

The pandemic has taken a toll on society in many ways but especially in the area of mental health.  The church is not exempt from this struggle.  We will look at the difference between mental illness and mental health as we see how to connect mental health and scriptures in order to better strengthen ourselves and to understand how to help others.
