Currently serving as the Next-Gen Pastor overseeing the life-stage ministries and future organisational development of her church, Jo is a YWAMer and previously served as a pioneering staff and the CEO of Focus on the Family Singapore. As a two-time recipient of the national Work-Life Leadership Award and a licensed marriage solemniser, Jo is known for her passion to promote and protect the institution of marriage and family – and for her love of spicy food and milk tea!
